may be obtained between 9am and 4pm at the offices of the Steel Valley Council of Governments located on the first floor of

Steel Valley Human Service Center,

Each project requires a non-returnable fee of $50 (plus $5 for
postage - if mailing is requested) for copies of bid specifications. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud
in the SVCOG building located at 1705
Maple Street in Homestead, PA at 1:15PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
